ClickSense LLC ("ClickSense," "we," "us," "our") operates SellerHelm, a software platform that helps ecommerce sellers manage their Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Marketplace businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have over it.
1. Information We Collect
Account information. Your name, email address, company name, and login credentials when you create a SellerHelm account.
Marketplace data. When you connect your Amazon Seller Central or Walmart Marketplace account, we access data through Amazon's Selling Partner API and Walmart's Marketplace API, including:
- Order information — order ID, order status, delivery date, and marketplace
- Product listing data — titles, images, bullet points, descriptions, and ASINs
- Review and seller feedback eligibility data, used to determine when a review request can be sent
We never see or store your Amazon or Walmart password. Marketplace connections are authorized through OAuth, a secure protocol that lets you grant — and revoke — access without sharing your login credentials with us.
Usage data. How you interact with the SellerHelm platform, including pages viewed, features used, and timestamps.
Website signup data. If you sign up for launch updates on our marketing site, we collect the email address you provide, via our form provider, Formspree.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, and improve the SellerHelm platform
- Track order eligibility and send automated review requests on your behalf, in compliance with Amazon's terms
- Calculate and display listing quality, pricing, and profitability insights
- Communicate with you about your account or the Service
- Comply with legal obligations and Amazon/Walmart platform requirements
3. How We Store and Protect Data
- Marketplace refresh tokens and other sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption.
- Employee access to marketplace data is limited on a need-to-know basis.
- In compliance with Amazon's Data Protection Policy, personally identifiable information obtained through the Amazon Selling Partner API is deleted no later than 30 days after the associated order is delivered, unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary to resolve an active dispute.
- We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data, but no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Who We Share Data With
We do not sell your data. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us operate SellerHelm — currently Supabase (database hosting) and Formspree (website signup processing). These providers are contractually limited to using data only to provide services to us.
- Amazon and Walmart, as required to operate the marketplace integrations you authorize — for example, sending a review request through Amazon's Solicitations API.
- Law enforcement or regulators, if required by law.
- A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You'll be notified if this happens.
5. Your Rights and Choices
- Access & correction — review and update your account information at any time.
- Deletion — request deletion of your account and associated data using the request form below.
- Revoke marketplace access — disconnect your Amazon or Walmart account at any time, either within SellerHelm or directly from your Seller Central / Marketplace account settings. Revoking access stops all further data collection immediately.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or GDPR. Use the request form below to exercise these rights.
6. Amazon & Walmart API Compliance
SellerHelm is built using Amazon's Selling Partner API and, in the future, Walmart's Marketplace API. Our use of data obtained through these APIs is governed by Amazon's Data Protection Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, and Walmart's equivalent developer terms, in addition to this Privacy Policy. Where those platform agreements impose stricter requirements than this policy, the platform agreement controls with respect to that data.
7. Cookies & Tracking
Our marketing website uses minimal tracking, currently limited to what's necessary to process your signup through Formspree. We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. This section will be updated if that changes.
8. Children's Privacy
SellerHelm is intended for business use and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify account holders by email or through the platform before the changes take effect.
